Activision Blizzard latest earning call, the Q4 call to be exact, revealed that in this period WoW has 10.2 active subscribers. It means that in this Q4 it lost about 100k subscribers.
During this year the game lost about 1.8M subscribers, but a lot of things can change with the release of Mists of Pandaria.

Some other interesting stuff we could find out from this earning call:

There are about 50 million active Battle.net, Call of Duty multiplayer, Call of Duty Elite, and Skylanders WebWorld users.
Diablo 3 should be launched in Q2 of this year.
More than 1M Annual Passes were sold.
