Official Forums Requiring Authenticator Code

If you login on the official forums now and you are using an authenticator you'll have to enter the code also. If your account does not have an authenticator attached nothing will change...

Source

As a part of our ongoing dedication to account security, players who utilize authenticators on their account will now be asked to enter it upon their first time logging into the forums, and then periodically thereafter. By ensuring that, even if their account is compromised, without the attached authenticator their login credentials can’t be used. This additional security layer helps to better protect players in all services accessed by logging in with their account and password.

We’d like to urge all players who don’t already use one to please consider attaching an authenticator to help protect themselves and their accounts. Information on how to obtain an authenticator as well as additional account security information can be found at: http://www.battle.net/security/

Blizzard Authenticator is quite useless for the forums, right?
I think that if you have a trojan, hackers will care about data gathered into the game, not into forums ^.^

Does anyone know what the pet will be this year? Any hints? As a collector I want to know if it will be worth the money to get the pet...

No idea if I'll invest. 40 bucks is a lot to watch TV, basically. ^^

Well i am 90% sure its gonna be diablo themed and there are going to give beta keys for Diablo 3 also for those who attend blizzcon. And then u will wait next blizzcon for the next expansion or the super duper project game they are making!

well i believe that blizzard will present us their new franchise, next year then the new sc2 expansion. if not, that would be a blizzcon without a big announcement which would pretty suck^^

Blizzard really like to gain a lot of money easily...
I thought the Pandaren, a simple pet, which was made by an employee of Blizzard, in 2-3 days maximum, and bam, $ 2,000,000!

Guess this time i'll buy the TV stream, i think 30€ for watching TV is a bit high but on the other side i regreted not buying it the last year since it was pretty content rich and intresting. And the pet wont hurt =D

Ha? Was it nice? I always thought it was unnecessary, because people put the live stream on youtube, several hours later...
