Hello everyone,

From time to time we start a little contest for our community members. Some of you might remember contests for WotLK Beta Keys and Grunty the Murloc giveaways back in the days.
We always wanted to start other contests, but seems like we always focused on some other things here on wowjuju.

Now, thanks to Blizzard we will hand in 50 Cataclysm Beta keys!

First of all, before we tell you how can you grab a key, there is something you should know: These are EU Beta Keys! Therefore you have to have an active EU Battle.net account to be able to use them. We are sorry for all the US/CN/KR/TW players. There is nothing we can do about it

Another small update,
We were informed that the beta keys are actually not region specific as they used to be in the past, so US players can use them as well.

Since there are so many, we will split them a little bit:

• Facebook fans will get 10 Beta Keys:
  All you have to do is to Like WoWJuju page and drop a comment there telling us what are you going to test out first when you enter the Beta realms.
  
• Twitter followers will get another set of 10 Beta Keys:
  Yet another simple task. Just follow @wowjuju on twitter and tweet this message: I just entered to win a #Cataclysm Beta Key – follow @wowjuju read this to enter the contest: http://bit.ly/a5Im0l
  
• WoWJuju Forums/Website will give 20 Beta Keys:
  You'll have to register the forums (it is free!) and leave a comment to this topic telling us why do you want a Beta Key and what are you going to test out first when you enter the beta realms.
  
• Active Members will get 10 Beta Keys:
  The most active members will get 10 of those beta keys. There is no contest for them. This is out way to say thank you for keeping thins small community alive.

If you want to participate on facebook, twitter and the forums all together you can do so, but do not try to create multiple accounts for it. We will know about it and you'll leave the contest empty-handed. Play fair...
The Active Members keys are going to be handed out when the contests are over.

Please keep in mind that these are EU beta keys. If you are from another region it is ok to join, and of course if you win we will give you the key, but you wont be able to use it yourself. Maybe give it to a EU friend?

How we pick the winners:
All the winners are going to be picked randomly like we did with our past contests. The twitter unique-user messages are going to be counted and we will use the http://www.random.org/ generator to pick the winners. If the one number is generated twice or more we just skip it and go for another. Same goes for facebook unique-user comments and Forum unique-user replies.

The Deadline:
Basically we'd like to keep this open for two weeks. WoWJuju has a small community and it will take a while for people know about this contest.
So, if everything goes well, we will announce the winners in two weeks mark.
All the contest parts, facebook, twitter and forum, will end at the same time.
If there are not enough participants we may extend the contest for a bit.

reason why i should get the beta key ---> i will test quests for bugs and a lot of other stuff (spells, talents etc)

I would like to get a beta key just to make a goblin warlock.

reason why i should get the beta key -> I'm from way down south....South Africa and we don't get much if any game related opt-ins. Also I just got back into WoW after a 2 year long haitus

EDIT: and i'll prob roll alliance just to test Worgen

First thing i would like to test is leveling my main character to 85 and try some pvp on him meanwhile(Blizzard will probably open all zones soon)and report all bugs while questing ofcourse,and i would probably level tauren paladin aswell(it just look aswesome:)also would like to see how they changed zones in kalimdor and eastern kingdom.

I would like a beta key because after 5 years of WOW, the only thing I look forward to now is making the game a better place and also offer up some of my fluffyness.

As for what I would do first, probably level up a Worgen or Goblin to try the new zones and races Other things to do include exploring, mains and talent changes, and the important one - actually providing feedback as I have never been in a beta before it would be a massive thing to be able to do it for my fav game

edit: Also hi I am new here, I didn't just join for this contest but it's a nice way to get involved

Well, i would try out talent specs, revamped skills and the new quests and questlines to help my guildmates, when Cataclysm will be released. The 2nd thing i really would love to do, is, helping Blizzard to tweak everything by writing comments and criticism, because i've a lot of theorycrafting- and raiding-experience.

I'd like a beta key so I can check out the new starting areas, experiencing as much of it as possible

After that I wanna explore the world as much as possible and see everything with my own eyes, then I'd like to enjoy the dungeons, to see and experience everything

If possible, I would also like to share as much information with the WoW Community as possible. From taking screenshots for people who wanna see specific areas, to helping update WoWJuju with any new factions/quests etc
