I finally finished Insane in the Membrane. All I have rep wise left to do are:
1) Frenzyheart (14 more days)
2) Black Temple (4 more runs)
3) Mt Hyjal (2 more runs)
4) Wintersabre Trainers (currently honored)
5) Scryers (8 bajillion eyes still needed)
6 PvP reps

So my question then is any suggestions on rep farming for the PvP factions?

for the pvp factions well there is no really tip or trick to farm rep except of doing battlegrounds like hell^^

If you want to farm PvP factions now you should try to find some premade BGs especially for AB and WSG. In my opinion WSG is a real pain, but I wish you luck

Grats on this great Achievement!

I have finished everything except getting honored with the pirates and regaining exalted with the goblin towns (that's easy).
I wanted to see how it goes killing goblins in Booty Bay with my warlock and I must say is kind of hard because of their knockback shoots. Any helpful hints for me?

do it as grp with other people^^ or try to pull not more then 2 at the same time but this will took some time

I did this on my priest, so I know exactly what you mean. I stayed near the entrance to booty bay, just roaming back and forth across the upper level from the entrance to the alliance flightmaster. Pull them one at a time, and in your first few trips, be prepared to learn the spots where guards will spawn (they usually spawn 2 at a time, and can spawn at range, which means they bust out the knockback guns, rather than melee, so you have to run to them if they spawn out of melee range).

Otherwise, try to keep your back to a wall while you learn the spawns, in case you get knocked back. Finally, never, never, NEVER run away from them. This just means they start using nets and knockbacks and you'll start hitting more spawn points and get overwhelmed faster. It's also not effectively possible to leash them, because they've got huuuuuuge ranges they'll chase you for.

Find someone to sell your librams and PBDs to, because you will find quite a few doing all your DM Free Knot runs. As others have said, get a small group of people and use the self healing spec for Warlocks. I have to say I have never heard of anyone doing the goblins last though, especially since there is all the over lap with shendralar.
