Pardon Denied
You shouldn't allow Baron Ashbury to use his AoE heal. He does that right after he Asphyxiate everyone in the group. You should be ready to interrupt as soon as you are free from that Asphyxiate. The healer should throw an instant cast as soon as possible on the tank after the Asphyxiate is over since, after you will interrupt the heal, your tank will get hit and you don't want him hit with 1hp.
Pretty simple achievement if you keep everyone alive and you focus on tank before interrupting that heal.
To the Ground!
You don't have to allow any adds give Unholy Empowerment to Commander Springvale.
The easiest way to complete this is by having two tanking classes in your group.
There is that hallway that you used on your way to the boss. You'll need to take the fight in there. It's L shape will help you to LoS the ads. The off-tank should pull the boss way back on the hallway, the healer should stand right in the corner and the tank should handle the ads, keeping them near the boss room entrance.
The DPS will burn the boss asap and you'll complete this achievement.
If you don't have two tanking classes in your group, you should use CC and Interrupts.
Fight the boss where it stands, CC one ad and BURN the other one while interrupting his casts. When this ad dies, burn the other one. Remember to interrupt. When the new ads are spawned in those doorways, CC one and Burn the other. Rinse and repeat.
If you fail at CC or Interrupts, wipe and come back.
I'd pick the first method to get this achievement if I were you...
Bullet Time
Lord Godfrey should kill 12 Ghoulds with his Pistol Barrage and after that you have to kill him.
The best way to do this is to keep everyone on the stairs, the ones you first walk in, and the tank should pull the boss at the bottom of the stirs and keep him there facing those stairs.
After he summon those ads he will start charging his Pistol Barrage. The tank and melee should run to the group up the stairs. The ads will be aggroed by the healer and they will start moving toward it. The tank should NOT touch the ads. The ads will be killed by the boss while they try to go up the stairs.
If you have any surviving ads left...kill them fast and prepare for the next ones.
Wait for the boss to kill 12 of them and then defeat him too.
