This is the Alliance version of the Hordes Gallywix Pleasure Palace in Azshara. I didn't find any NCP's that you can interact with here but they are all yellow and you can talk to some. blizzard probably wants to add a membership achievment to this area in a later patch. It would be nice to get a massage, go waterskiing or take a wooly mammoth ride after a long hard day of questing. Until then it is just a waste of game space that Gadgetzan NCP's like Spigot Operator Luglunket can only dream about.
