Is it possible to add in a box or an option to add the 10% bonus from the guild perk? If there's already an option for it I can't see it but It would be nice so I don't need to do the math myself.

If you are in a guild the perks are already taken into consideration.
Everything works like the human bonus, the 10% one. You don't have to do anything... we are checking your guild level and we add the appropriate bonus.
