Not sure what is exactly being calculated there. There are 7 bosses in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj that drop the insignia worth 550 rep and unaffected by dropping the banner. Then you have Twins which award 440 and C'Thun who gives 2750. So it should look like below
550 x 7 = 3850
440
2750
---------
7040
Also, while not a big deal I noticed you did not list the quests for the instance. They are repeatable and listed under the nonrepeatable link. In case you are interested I've outlined them below.
Class Quests (Head, Chest, Gloves, Legs, and Feet) -- 550 Reputation, Repeatable
Imperial Qiraji Armaments (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=8789) -- 550 Reputation, Repeatable
Imperial Qiraji Regalia (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=8790) -- 550 Reputation, Repeatable

1. The Insignias problem:
We have those under the Items tab next to Artifacts. That's why you see only Twins and C'thun unde the raid tab.
2. The tier pieces problem:
This was reported before. If you check the Feedback Archive you might find the topic.
Some people were not agree on adding them because this was pretty much useless, even if the quests are repeatable... No one thought at that time that it will be anyone to actually repeat those quests.
BUT, it is not hard to add those. After all is up to everyone if they want to repeat those or not. Therefor, we will add them to the list

Thanks for the response.
Understandable on the repeatable. I know some would do it just for the rep if they have the items to spare.
As for my comment on the rep amounts. I saw that it had both listed in the other tab. I should've rephrased my original comment a little bit better. It says if you were to do an entire run of AQ40 that you would get 8800 rep when you can only receive 7040 with the guild perks. For some reason the forumla in that section is counting 10.5 bosses, plus Twins and C'Thun. Sorry for my miswording on that.
