The Fangs of the Father are the new legendary weapons. They are a pair of daggers made only for Rogues.
The previous content patch introduced the Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest, subject that was covered in a previous article. If you are still interested on how to get that legendary staff read our little guide.

Unlike the other previous legendary weapons, this time we have a legendary set of daggers. You'll even upgrade them at the same time. The way you'll get these weapons is pretty much similar to the staff quest line, but this time it's only for the rogue class. The quests are made for rogues only too. While questing you'll have to use your rogues abilities a lot.

The Quests

In the following I'll try to explain the main parts of the quest line. The little quests that ask you to talk to someone or to do something easy will be skipped. Also, I'll try to avoid spoiling the lore and fun.

To start the chain you'll have to pick your first quest from Lord Afrasastrasz.
You'll be sent to pickpocket a   Cryptomancer's Decoder Ring from Hagara the Stormbinder (that's the fourth boss in Dragon Soul raid).

Next you'll have to take that Ring to Corastrasza, but that only after the ring is charged. To charge it up you'll need 10k gold. The ones who can charge your ring are Thaumaturge Rafir and Thaumaturge Altha. It depends on your faction. The charging process will take 12 hours to complete.
Note that the charging works even if you are offline. You wont have to be online for 12 hours.

After visiting the Ravenholdt Manor and doing some investigation there, you'll be sent to Gilneas City to assassinate Lord Hiram Creed. Do not forget to talk to Zazzo Twinklefingers first.
Check out this map if you want to see a good stealth path to your target. Keep in mind that your target has a 2 minute enrage timer and it has three abilities:By returning to Ravenholdt Manor you'll be rewarded with the first version of the daggers set, Jaws of Retribution: Fear and Vengeance.

Now that you have the daggers you'll have to collect   Shadowy Gems.
You'll need 333 gems and you can get them from Dragon Soul bosses.
The gems are found inside   Elementium Gem Clusters. Currently you get 1 Cluster per boss on 10man and 2 Clusters on 25man raids. There is no difference between Normal and Heroic raids (this might change!). Each Cluster contains 4-9 gems.
Keep in mind that LFR raids wont drop any legendary parts.

After you collect those 333 gems you'll be sent near Karazhan to acquire   Vial of Black Dragonsblood. You'll have to defeat Nalice for this. At the end of every 33% of his HP, the boss will enter another phase, making this a third phase fight.
  • First phase is pretty similar to the Gilneas one. You'll have to stay alive by interrupting his abilities and stuff.
  • The second phase requires you to sprint around the room to reset your debuff stacks and to keep yourself alive.
  • Third phase is pretty much like the first one, the only difference being that you'll have to move out of some fire patches.
Your reward is the second version of the daggers set, Maw of Oblivion: The Sleeper and The Dreamer.

After all this killing and collecting stuff you'll have to ... collect more stuff. Wasn't that obvious?
You have to go back to Dragon Soul raid and collect   Elementium Gem Clusters. You will need 60 of these, and like I said before, you'll get 1 from each boss on 10 man raids and 2 on 25 man. (this might change!)

The remaining part of the actual legendary set is the   Fragment of Deathwing's Jaw and you'll get that by defeating Deathwing.

The final set, the legendary one, is the Fangs of the Father: Golad, Twilight of Aspects and Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages

The wielder of these legendary daggers will earn a new Feat of Strength and will witness some interesting cut scene. We still have no idea what that might be. Maybe it has something to do with Wrathion, the Black Prince.
One more thing, if you'll get these daggers they'll give you Wings! Here is what those Wings are good for:

Source

...These'>http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/3579611']...These powers include a stacking increase to Agility which builds until dark wings unfurl from the rogue’s back, removing the combo point cost and increasing damage of finishing moves for a short time. In addition, the wings which can be spread on command (with no combat benefit) to slow a rapid descent, allowing the rogue to slowly fall to the ground… or enact a little death from above!

Conclusion

Even if only the Rogues are able to do this quest, I'm sure they are not going to be disappointed.
There's one thing we could not notice. Basically, both "collecting" parts of the chain are focused on the same item: those Clusters. This means that only ONE rogue can follow the quest chain properly, unlike the previous 4.2 legendary staff. I don't think we'll see too many daggers in one guild.
All the rogues are able to be get the first version of the daggers, but everyone will have to wait until one of them gets the final, legendary set. (this might change...again)

These data were based on PTR experience and a lot of things might change. We will update everything as soon as we hear on any change or modification. Do not hesitate to tell us about your experience with these quests.

Your map is good, but it sends rogues unnecessarily far out of their way. Here's an alternate map with a more direct route. Judicious use of misdirect and sap will get you past the snipers guarding the alley, and you can pass through the sleeping dogs in the courtyard without them ever noticing.

A few other notes for the Creed portion:

1. There's a glitch that may kick you out of stealth when you first hop onto the stairs from the water. If you sap the sniper and wait until the two pats are far away, you should be able to get back into stealth before you're spotted.

2. More than one rogue can do this quest at the same time. You just have to be near your target to get credit (although why you wouldn't want to get your hands a little dirty is beyond me).

3. No real reason for CoS here; combat readiness, on the other hand...

4. Disarm works. So do stuns.

5. You can vanish to reset the fight if he gives you problems. The little rooms in the corners of the courtyard are good places to bandage, eat food and recover.
